My Experience
I'm the co-author of Building Nonprofit Capacity and have built my expertise and passion for mission-driven organizations over my 12-year tenure at at TCC Group and over a decade as Vice President of Nonprofit Initiatives and later Senior Advisor at Social Impact Exchange, where I specialized in helping nonprofits scale their impact and advance equitable systems transformation.
My consulting work has been strengthened by my community service. I currently serve on the Brooklyn Org Community Advisory Council the Board of RaisingHealth and have served as President of Congregation Kolot Chayeinu and on the Board of The Support Center. For over 10 years, I chaired the Advisory Board and served on the Board of Directors of the Center for Family Life in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, where I've lived with my family for nearly 20 years.
